It’s the one that slipped away when I was a kid.I watched my family come within inches of a life-changing sale, only to have it fall apart right at the finish line. Watching everything they built almost disappear stuck with me. It taught me early that when your moment comes, you better be ready, because no one else is coming to save you. That’s why I do what I do today.I built my career the hard way. No pedigree. No Ivy League degree. No family money waiting to bail me out.
